Q. Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?
A. Yes, with some exceptions. Postage cost is based on the weight of the package and your location. You can determine the exact shipping cost by entering your shipping address during checkout. You will be able to see the cost before submitting payment. Please note: We usually have great success shipping internationally, but on very rare occasions a package may go missing or take several weeks to be delivered. Go Baby Doll Kits will not issue refunds or reship orders that have been undelivered and were shipped USPS First Class International Mail. For undelivered orders to be reshipped, the original order must have been shipped Priority Mail or Express Mail with tracking. There is a 90 day waiting period for orders to be reshipped. For First Class International Mail, delivery time is anywhere from 1-5 weeks depending on your location and other factors, including how long your country's customs office chooses to keep the package before delivering it to you. We ship within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays, but once shipped, delivery time is out of our control. Priority Mail International and Express Mail International provide tracking and 5-10 day delivery, however, these methods are more expensive. In addition to this delivery time frame, your package may be held by your country's customs office for days or even weeks in rare cases. For this reason we consider the package "delivered" within the 5-10 day time frame once it has departed the U.S./International sort facility. This is because the package is generally not scanned again after leaving the U.S./International sort facility until it leaves your country's customs and is out for delivery to your address. Once the package departs the U.S./International sort facility, it moves onto your country's customs office. Holiday seasons may cause USPS delays. Go Baby Doll Kits is not responsible for duty taxes you may be required to pay upon arrival of your order in customs in your country, nor do we have knowledge of the fees you may be charged.
Q. How much is domestic shipping?
A. Shipping cost is calculated by the shopping cart based on the weight of your order and your location. Occasionally, the shopping cart will over-estimate the shipping cost. In this case, you will be refunded the difference when your order is shipped. We only charge actual shipping costs (including signature confirmation and insurance if applicable). You will be able to see the total shipping cost of your order prior to submitting payment.
Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. No, you can order as little or as much as you like. However, to qualify for free shipping, you will need to purchase a minimum of $20 in products. Please note that doll kits, doll parts and glass weighting beads are not eligible for free shipping even if the total of your order exceeds $20. However, items that do qualify for free shipping and are included in your order with kits, parts or glass beads will not be calculated in the shipping cost. In other words, you will only be charged shipping for the weight of the doll kits, parts, or glass beads
Q. What if the shipping charge seems too high?
A. Items that are small but heavy, such as glass weighting beads, can be shipped in a flat rate box for a lot less than what the shipping calculator will show you. The reason a flat rate box is not listed as an option during checkout, is that the calculator cannot tell what will and will not fit in a flat rate box based only on the weight of the items. If we can fit your order in a flat rate box, the difference in shipping will be refunded to you.
Q. Do you ever offer free shipping or other discounts?
A. Yes! We will periodically offer free shipping and sales so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed and to receive valuable coupon codes through email.
Q. Do I need to set up an account to receive rewards points for my purchases?
A. Yes, registering an account is required to earn rewards points
Q. I signed up for your newsletter. Why haven't I received email newsletters from you?
A. If you did not receive an email confirming that you signed up, it is likely that you entered your email address incorrectly. If your email provider is verizon, comcast or aol you may have trouble receiving our emails. Our email system has difficulty connecting with these servers. If you are not receiving our emails, you can always check our Home page for the latest news. We will also post updates for new products and sales on our blog. You can also "like us" on Facebook for all the latest news and updates
Q. Do you ship everyday?
A. Yes, we ship every weekday by 2 pm Pacific Time. All orders placed by 2 pm are usually shipped the same day.
Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A. USPS Priority, USPS Express, USPS First Class and UPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you choose UPS as your carrier during checkout and enter a P.O. box for your shipping address, we are required to choose an alternate carrier for you.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes, under certain circumstances. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. However, all defective merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping will be paid by Go Baby Doll Kits. You may also return items for merchandise exchange, store credit or refund if you change your mind about the item once received. For these items, you, the buyer are responsible for return shipping charges. Please obtain an RMA number before returning any item or the return may be rejected. To obtain an RMA number, you must login to your account. Factory seconds kits and DVD's are not eligible for return. All other items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee may apply to some items.
