RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. However, all defective merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.  Return shipping will be paid by Go Baby. You may also return items for merchandise exchange, store credit or refund if you change your mind about the item once received.  For these items, you, the buyer are responsible for return shipping charges. All returned items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return.  A 10% restocking fee may apply to some items.
